All my cleaning professionals are screened and nationally background checked for your safety and security. I am extremely particular in whom I hire. They must be a US citizen, speak English well and are required to work along me for a time to make sure they meet all my expectations. We are a family oriented business, not a franchise. I clean alongside my helpers to insure your home is cleaned the way you expect it. I am always available during business hour, just a phone call away and you wont have to go through an automated service. If something is missed or a mistake occurs, it is usually a miscommunication, but if not, I have an open door policy with all my clients and take all concerns seriously and it will only occur once. I also care about every home and every client like it is my house or family member, so I instill in my people and personally train each one MYSELF to clean like you would want your home cleaned. I have also found each individual cleans different, so i have devised a personal cleaning system that is organized, efficient and thorough. This way when your team of two cleaners arrives, they will not miss or forget anything. It is not guarantee, but I do my best to provide the same two individuals each time.
